Action Planning
Campus Mission Statement
|
||||
|
The
only change I made was to extend some of the deadlines in order to obtain
adequate information.
Goal: To ensure that the current campus mission
statement truly reflect the goals of all current stakeholders in leading
students toward optimum success within the classroom, school and community.

We determined that there is a need to rewrite the campus mission

Are you planning on conducting this research for the entire district right off the bat?
ReplyDeleteOr does your district have individualized mission statements per campus?
What grade level will you be working with?
My district has individualized mission statements per campus. I'll be looking at just the mission statement for my campus. The campus was previously a 1st and 2nd grade campus. Now it is a 2nd and 3rd grade campus.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
What about opening it up to all stakeholders like parents at maybe a parent night, PTO meetings, parental involvement meetings. This will allow input from all. May be send home parent surveys that askabout the issues they expect from the school/ teachers. Make it a district wide endeavor as opposed to just the school.
