-       Written purpose for wanting to revamp the current campus mission statement
-       Survey for teachers to fill out regarding their input
-       Sample campus mission statements from other districts
I met with the grade levels of my campus to present my idea of creating a campus mission statement.  Each grade level team really bought into the idea and thought that it was a great idea.  I allowed for teachers to have input to make it known that their values were important.
Meet with designated team to sort through ideas and input from teachers.  Write a few sample statements for the campus to vote on.

Since I chose a career change to a new school district, I turned over the charge to another team member of the CAT that would be staying in the district.  I am anxious to discuss with them to see how the new mission statement has changed their campus.
